La Popular is a new chef-driven concept launching in the United States from one of the top gastronomic epicenters of the world, Mexico City. With plans to expand throughout the country, La Popular opened its first US restaurant in Roseville, California in November 2022, followed by Austin in April 2023 and now Las Vegas in June with 2-3 more locations in 2023.

The Company pays 100% of the premium for the individual and additional family members for all General Managers, Kitchen Managers employees working 30 hours or more per week during the qualification period.

The Company pays 100% of the premium for the employee, individual only, after two years of service in a qualifying manager role regardless of job title. The Company pays a portion of the premium for all other employees, individual only, and the employee is responsible for paying all additional premiums for additional family members.
